Notice on security cameras inside the plant building

This notice has been prepared by Noor Findik San. ve Tic. A.S. as data controller under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Video is recorded via security cameras at entrance doors, the building façade, the cafeteria, the visitor waiting hall, the car park, the security booth and floor corridors in our service building, for building security. Recording is supervised by the IT unit.

This personal data is processed automatically on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the Law: necessity for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation, and necessity for the data controller’s legitimate interests provided that the data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

This personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or the relevant law-enforcement bodies where required to resolve legal disputes or upon request under applicable legislation.

You may submit requests under Article 11 of the Law, which sets out the rights of the data subject, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to Noor Findik San. ve Tic.
